Workshops

Take a pottery class from two practicing potters with over 20 years of experience!  We teach smaller classes in our studio but for larger groups we can come to your space. 
 
Our studio workshops are custom made for you:
You set the time, date and choose what you would like to make. There are so many things you can make with clay!  Mugs, bowls, buttons and jewelry, fairy houses, teapots, platters, tiles, spoons, decorations, lidded boxes, vases, garden sculptures and more!  Speaking of garden sculpture, we offer outdoor pottery classes in the garden during summer months!

What to expect for your off-site team building, party, or school workshop:
-We arrive at your space with all the materials and set up the room.  We start the class with a demonstration and help individuals create their own work.  You'll have a lot of fun making pots and getting dirty :-)  
-We take notes of the glaze colours each person would like for their piece, then pack up the work and clean the space before taking the work back to our studio.
-The clay projects will spend time being slow dried in our studio. Then we put the work through the first firing called a bisque fire. Next we glaze all of the work according to the colours requested.
-Then we put the work through the second firing. Once the pottery is finished we'll pack it up and make arrangements with you for pick up.

On-Site Workshop Prices
$50 per person - per hour for private lessons.
$50 per person - two hour one time workshop, we glaze your work for you.
$75 per person - two sessions workshop, you come back and glaze your own work.

Would you like to come and work with no limits on time? Try our free form sessions where you can make what you like and have an instructor guide you along:
$25 per hour  - per person per hour.  Minimum two, maximum four people.

Off-Site Workshop Prices
$50 per person - two hour workshop.  
$50 travel fee.
